Please have the following information at the time of application:

Completed Parking Permit

Driver’s License or Rental Lease Agreement

If property is second home- Certification of Non-Commercial Use attached (Affidavit of Home use for Parking Permit *Must be notarized*)

Payment of $15.00/permit (cash, check, or money order)
